How do I register for an online account?
- Click on 'Register' in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Fill in the form to setup the login account. If you have an account number, please make sure to enter it in the ‘Customer ID’ field.
- If you do not have your account number request it here
- Click the box next to "I'm not a robot"
- Click 'Register'
To Login
- Click 'Login' in the top right-hand corner
- Enter 'Login' (Email Address) and 'Password' you created
- Click on the 'Sign in' button
- If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Can’t remember my password’
How do I track my orders?
To track your orders online:
- Log into your online account.
- Click on the 'Account Center' link on the upper right-hand section of the screen.
- In the 'Overview' section, click ‘open orders’ or ‘invoiced orders’ to find the order you are looking for.
- This screen will show the status of the order in our system, along with shipping details.
How do I view my Invoices or Statements online?
- Log into your online account.
- Click on the "Account Center" link on the upper right hand section of the screen.
- In the "Overview" section, a list of your account's invoices will be shown.
How do I edit my billing information?
To edit billing information, click on account settings in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down to Payment Methods and add/change your information accordingly. If you need further assistance, please call 800.343.8923.
How do I make a billing address and/or shipping address tax exempt?
To make a bill-to or ship-to tax exempt, a tax-exempt certificate must be faxed to our Tax Department at 800-343-8923 or emailed to ar@grovesindustrial.com. Be sure to include your account number if available.
How do I make an item on my tax-exempt order taxable?
To make an item on your tax-exempt order taxable, simply answer the "tax-exempt" question for the respective line item from your shopping cart. The order must be placed using a tax-exempt shipping address.
How do I remove a user from my account?
If someone leaves the company, the Administrator of your grovesindustrial.com account should deactivate the user on the account. Each requester can view who has administrative rights, as well as all roles of users by clicking the Submitted Carts link from under the My Shopping Options menu from the left navigation and then clicking on ‘Order Approval Settings’. Buyers can choose ‘Pending My Approval’ then ‘Order Approval Settings’ to see who has administrative rights. If you cannot contact your Administrator, call Customer Service at 800.343.8923.
